How long does the selection process take?

From application to job offer, the process typically takes about 3 to 4 weeks.

How are assignments determined?
A
Assignments to factories are generally determined based on the factory you applied to.
We then adjust assignments to the department where you can best contribute, considering your desired job type and suitability. -

Are there transfers?

Transfers are possible within our three locations: Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara.

The year 2026 has 110 days off.
Starting in 2027, the target is 120 days off per year, operating on a two-day weekend system.
