I was interested in manufacturing at a factory and wanted to work utilizing my skills from previous experience in plastic molding operations.
I was drawn to the opportunity to apply my past experience while engaging directly in manufacturing on the production floor, which led me to decide to join Atex.

Through on-the-job training, I acquired additional skills beyond my existing knowledge.
I mastered vertical molding operations, post-processing, inspection duties, and on-site management tasks, gaining the ability to handle various on-site operations.

As part of production process management duties, I handle tasks such as formulating production plans, improvement activities, worker training, and personnel allocation.
I also oversee accounting duties (revenue and expense management) for the China factory and am involved in on-site operations both domestically and internationally.

I feel a sense of fulfillment when I meet the production targets I set for myself or when defect reduction initiatives show tangible results.
It’s also a great joy when workers I’ve trained become capable of working independently.

I felt my own growth when I received training for tasks I couldn’t handle before and became able to handle them on my own.

I want to thoroughly convey the technical skills and knowledge gained on-site and contribute to the growth of the entire team.
