• 1993

  Founding of ATECS

  ATECS Co., Ltd. was established.
  The company commenced operations as a fabless manufacturer with an initial capital of 3 million yen.

• 1996

  Incorporation Converted to a joint-stock corporation.

  Increased capital to 10 million yen to expand business operations.

• 2001

  New Headquarters Completed in Higashiosaka

  The new headquarters building was completed in Higashiosaka. Capital was increased to 20 million yen.

• 2007

  Investment from Osaka Small and Medium Business Investment & Consultation Co., Ltd.

  Seven main production units were installed, and capital investment was accepted from Osaka Small and Medium Business Investment & Consultation Co., Ltd.
  Capital was increased to 31 million yen.

• 2010

  Strategic Alliance with Nagase & Co., Ltd.

  In anticipation of future market growth, we entered into a business and capital alliance with Nagase & Co., Ltd. Through this partnership, capital was increased to 51 million yen.

• 2012

  Additional Capital Increase by Shareholders

  Executed an additional capital increase through shareholders, strengthening our financial foundation. Capital stock was increased to 87 million yen.

• 2014

  Establishment of Kyoto Plant

  The Kyoto Plant in Seika-cho, Soraku-gun, Kyoto, was completed and commenced operations. This marked the start of mass production for large-scale insert molding.

  

• 2016

  Selected for “300 Soaring SMEs and Small Businesses”

  ATECS was selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry as one of the “300 Soaring SMEs and Small Businesses.”

  

• 2017

  Selected for “148 World-Leading Manufacturing Flagship Companies in Osaka”

  ATECS was selected by the Osaka Prefectural Government as one of the “148 World-Leading Manufacturing Flagship Companies in Osaka.”

• 2018

  Establishment of Huizhou Sanli Three Synergy Precision CO., LTD.

  Established the joint venture, Huizhou Sanli Three Synergy Precision CO., LTD., in China to strengthen our manufacturing and supply capabilities in the global market.

• 2018

  Selected for “The Driving Company for the regional future”

  ATECS was selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry as “The Driving Company for the regional future,” recognizing our role in leading regional economic growth.

  

• 2020

  Establishment of Nara Plant

  The Nara Plant in Hari-cho, Nara City, was completed and commenced operations. Following a detailed strategic review, main production equipment was expanded to 53 units.

• 2021

  Awarded the Order of the Rising Sun, Silver Rays.

  In the Spring Conferment of Decorations, our Chairman, Norishige Asano, was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun, Silver Rays, in recognition of his significant contributions to industry and society.

• 2023

  Acquisition of Dongguan Shoji Electric as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary

  To further expand our presence in the Chinese market, we acquired 100% ownership of Dongguan Shoji Electric through M&A, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.

• 2023

  Won the Gold Prize at the 25th Higashi-Osaka Monozukuri Award

  Recognized for its technological prowess, the company received the Gold Award at the 25th Higashiosaka Manufacturing Excellence Awards.
