I decided to join ATECS because I wanted to acquire technical skills while being directly involved in the actual production environment.

I first acquired foundational skills in structural design, drawing creation, and molding through hands-on experience on the production floor.
Experiencing the actual manufacturing process helped me understand the connection between design and production.
At the forefront of development, we bring customer requirements to life from design to prototyping.
I am currently primarily responsible for development tasks.
After receiving data from customers, I review the content, make design changes, compile materials, and conduct proposal meetings.
After specifications are finalized, I prepare quotations to secure orders.
Following that, I handle mold design and drawing creation, coordinating specifications and delivery schedules with suppliers.
After trial molding, I discuss improvements for the next prototype with customers and suppliers through repeated meetings.
The joy of giving form to things that don't exist in the world.
I find fulfillment in designing something that doesn’t yet exist in the world and shaping it through trial and error.
When a design I conceived is completed as an actual product, it brings a tremendous sense of accomplishment.
Gaining a sense of growth and confidence on-site overseas.
I felt my growth when I traveled to sites in the US and China to handle customer relations, develop new suppliers, and conduct meetings.
The experience of advancing work overseas has given me tremendous confidence.
Challenge new markets overseas and thrive globally.
Going forward, I want to challenge myself to develop new customers overseas.
I aim to leverage the development experience I’ve cultivated so far and make my mark on the global stage.
