    How long does the selection process take?

    From application to job offer, the process typically takes about 3 to 4 weeks.

    How are assignments determined?

    A

    Assignments to factories are generally determined based on the factory you applied to.
    We then adjust assignments to the department where you can best contribute, considering your desired job type and suitability.

    Transfers are possible within our three locations: Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara.
    However, rest assured that any transfer is decided through consultation between the employee and the company.
