Purpose

To enable all employees to fully utilize their abilities and establish a comfortable workplace environment, we formulate the following action plan.

Goals

  • Actively recruit women for molding and processing positions, hiring 5 individuals within 2 years

Creating a Comfortable Working Environment

  • Reducing fatigue through automation implementation
  • Improvements underway to visually communicate work procedures and safety alerts via video.
  • Practicing the creation of a safe and secure factory by implementing full barrier-free access throughout the facility, 24-hour climate control, and live cameras on all floors.

Building a Company That Develops People

  • Provide essential training to develop employees into capable professionals who can thrive even at other companies.
  • Implementing the Atex Rule: Red Hat → Employees with less than 3 months of service. Colleagues show extra care and attention. After 3 months, conduct an interview and change the hat color, etc.
  • Continuous employment for individuals with physical disabilities and LGBT individuals (track record established).
